MANUFACTURING HEAD- AUTO COMMERCIAL / PASSENGER - NIGERIA

Job Description:

Automobile Production & Assembly Operations (CKD/SKD) for AL, Nissan, Hyundai & Volkswagen Vehicles.

Techno Commercial Abilities.

Management of all functions of a manufacturing unit

Day to day operations, manufacturing productivity improvement.

Establish the business plan/market development and implementation

Tie up supply arrangements (including vendor contract finalization) for localization of body and over chassis products.

Overall responsibility for operations of the plant and Profit & Loss for the business

Responsible for developing the appropriate organizational structure, resource plans and culture to support the business objectives and customer deliverables. Training of local staff take up higher responsibilities.

Managing the production/assembly process end to end and ensuing the quality compliance

Production Planning and Project Management

To lead and motivate a large team of technical professionals.

DGM - HR

Currently, we are looking for a Deputy General Manager, HR and Compliance to join our client's team in Bangalore. As a DGM, HR and Compliance, you will be responsible for developing, leading and implementing employment compliance programs including the affirmative action program, outreach and reporting requirements to meet all local, state and federal regulatory requirements. You will also manage other compliance-related programs, including the submission of required annual reports by extracting, compiling and reporting compliance-related data. As well as develop and insure compliance with company HR policies and procedures as well as local, state & federal laws and provide guidance to leadership on coaching employees and other employee matters.

Your contribution may include:

- Supervise implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Evaluate company and subsidiary compliance performance.
- Ensure company policies are in accordance 
- Investigate and take appropriate action on any reports of violations of Code of Conduct regarding HR issues, company policies or government laws & regulations.
- Manage compliance with all federal contractor requirements.
- Oversee the development and administration of affirmative action programs.
- Develop and recommend policies and procedures for improvement 
- Develop and conduct training for managers and other leaders regarding government compliance and human resources policies.
- Lead company compliance & reporting with safety and security requirements
- Maintain a positive attitude in a highly intense environment.
- Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals.
- Other duties, as assigned.

GM-LEADERSHIP (MUMBAI)

Smart disposition with between 22 to 25 years + (Between age 48-52 years) Experience in Sales and Marketing of Engineering Equipment either as an employee of a Domestic Manufacturer or a Representative of an Overseas Manufacturer of repute  of which the last 05 years or so should have been as a Profit Centre Head.  

Preference will be given to Candidates who have hands-on experience in running and growing a business including importantly, project execution,  developing and executing Purchase Orders / Work Orders with ONGC (Western Offshore), Shell (erstwhile British Gas) and Government - owned Defence Shipyards like Mazagon Docks Ltd., Cochin Shipyard Ltd. and Hindustan Shipyard Ltd.

Scope

Overall responsibility and complete accountability for developing and implementing of the Business Strategy of the Company’s Business Verticals, developing and presenting to the Board the various Investment Options, Budgeting, P & L Responsibility, Resource and Infrastructure Management, setting of Goals / Targets, providing Functional Leadership including Administration, carrying-out regular Business Reviews, developing and implementing Cost Control measures as well as nurturing and growing the Company’s global partnerships and joint ventures

Self-Starter and requiring the least amount of supervision, carrying a proven track record in lead managerial roles.

Reporting to the Chairman of the Company

HEAD SUPPLY CHAIN - NIGERIA

MBA with more than 20 yrs of exp in Logistics / Supply Chain & Vendor Management, Exports & Imports with high strategic planning ability. Should have exp in managing multiple agencies involved in Supply Chain&establishing strategic relationship. Worked in Nigeria before will be a very big advantage.

SALES MANAGER - CUTTING TOOLS

Should be from the cutting tool industry only. Sales of New Product at New Customers as well as Existing Customers. Deploying sales and business development activities across the region. Setting and achieving top & bottom line targets.
